Our Carnitas are cooked and fried to perfection with lemon and garlic flavors. Guisado (spicy verde pork) is slowly cooked tender pork and flavored with spicy verde sauce. Chicken and Steak are both marinated in JesCrave own mix of seasonings and fresh lemons.
